Responsibilities

Optimize store performance and profitability.
Train team to master customer service and product features.
Analyze sales results and develop strategies to boost sales.
Schedule staff based on performance and traffic.
Set sales goals and share plans with the team.
Inform regional manager of store tasks and activities.
Lead HR activities: recruit, train, evaluate, and foster positive environment.
Ensure brand visuals and planograms are followed.
Maintain product knowledge and relationships with customers.
Collaborate with mall administration on store operations.
Analyze reports to optimize productivity and costs.
Open/close the store with managers and manage expenses.
