Qualifications

• Experience leading training programs for trades and technical staff.
• Knowledge of provincial and federal safety regulations and industry standards.
• Proven ability to design and manage safety programs and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in written and verbal communications for reports and clients.
• Experience negotiating contracts and SLAs with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and continuous improvement of training programs for distribution and transmission lines.
• Lead Training Specialists and Instructors to ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate training delivery, needs assessments, and program development.
• Develop evaluation programs and manage training resources and budgets.
• Interact with senior management and external partners to meet Hydro One needs.
