Job summary

Canlan Sports in Saskatoon is seeking a passionate cook for our Wild Wing restaurants. You will plate and present food service in a prompt, courteous and accurate manner following standardized recipes that exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities include food preparation per recipes, applying knowledge of menu items, ensuring opening/closing procedures, and safe storage and receiving deliveries. This is a kitchen-focused role with a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Food Safe Certified (or equivalent) required.
• Previous food preparation experience an asset.
• Positive and team oriented attitude.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends).

Responsibilities

• Food preparation in keeping with standardized recipes.
• Apply developed knowledge of menu items.
• Ensure opening / closing procedures are completed (shift dependent).
• Ensure safe, sanitary and secure storage of products and receive delivery when required.
