Job summary

Canlan Sports in Winnipeg is seeking a passionate cook for our Wild Wing restaurant. You will plate and present food in a prompt, courteous and accurate manner in accordance with standardized recipes that exceed guest’s expectations.

Qualifications

• Food Safe Certified (or equivalent) required.
• Previous food preparation experiences an asset.
• Positive and team orientated attitude.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends).

Responsibilities

• Food preparation in keeping with standardized recipes including the following.
• Apply developed knowledge of menu items.
• Ensure opening / closing procedures are completed (shift dependent).
• Ensure safe, sanitary and secure storage of products and receive delivery when required.
