Nova Hotels is a Canadian, family-owned hotel group with 13 properties across Alberta, Saskatchewan and the Northwest Territories. We are seeking a reliable Line Cook to join Chateau Nova Kingsway and contribute to high-quality meals and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced kitchen.

The Line Cook will prepare meals, follow recipes, maintain safety and hygiene, work with the team, and support lunch and dinner service while upholding food quality and presentation standards.

Formación

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Cooking apprenticeship or related program will be asset.
• Previous experience as a cook in a commercial kitchen.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure food safety and proper portion and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and work area.
• Assist with training and guiding kitchen helpers as needed.
• Follow hotel policies and health and safety procedures.
