Fable Kitchen, a highly rated restaurant, is seeking a Chef de Partie to enhance its culinary team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant kitchen experience, particularly in an upscale setting. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar setting.
• Experience on Entremetier / Pans is required.
• Ability to work both in a team setting and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of culinary operations.
• Prepare high-quality dishes consistently.
• Support the Head Chef and train junior kitchen staff.

Fable Kitchen is a Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand designated restaurant 3 years running. As we prepare for the upcoming summer season, we are looking to grow our team with an experienced Chef de Partie to our team!

Potential candidates will posses the following, but not limited to:

• minimum 3 years experience in a similar setting with a progressive work history
• experience on Entremetier / Pans is required
• experience on Grill, meat butchery & fish mongering an asset but not a requirement
• ability to work in a team setting and autonomously
• positive attitude, willingness to learn and teach
