We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and service, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your expertise in the food industry will help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Support the Head Chef in menu development and special events

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or as a cook in a restaurant setting is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling
