Job summary

Bin 4 Burger Lounge on Yates Street in Victoria invites energetic Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. You will open/close the kitchen, stock the line for daily service, and prepare and present items to Bin 4 recipes while maintaining a clean, sanitary workspace.

We offer both part-time and full-time roles with day and evening hours. Starting wage is $21/hour plus bi-weekly tip-out, plus free staff meal, employee discounts, and health benefits for full-time staff, with ongoing training and

• Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous cooking or food preparation experience (1 year preferred, but not required).
• Food Safe Level 1 certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the kitchen.
• Setting up, stocking, and maintaining the line for daily service.
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items according to Bin 4 recipes and quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and workstations.
• Assisting with food preparation and inventory as needed.
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Position: Line Cook – Yates Street

Our Yates Street team is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Line Cooks to join our kitchen.

Responsibilities include:
