Job summary

Bin 4 Burger Lounge in Victoria is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Line Cooks to join our Granville kitchen. This role supports a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and offers both part-time and full-time day and evening shifts with a starting wage of $21/hour plus bi-weekly tips.

You’ll work closely with kitchen staff to prepare, cook, and present menu items to Bin 4 standards, maintain cleanliness and safety, and participate in ongoing training with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous cooking or food preparation experience (1 year preferred, but not required).
• Food Safe Level 1 certification is an asset.
• A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the kitchen.
• Setting up, stocking, and maintaining the line for daily service.
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items according to Bin 4 recipes and quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and workstations.
• Assisting with food preparation and inventory as needed.
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
