Job summary

Bin 4 Burger Lounge in Victoria is seeking enthusiastic Line Cooks for Maple St to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for opening and closing, line setup, cooking according to Bin 4 standards, and maintaining a clean, efficient workstation.

We offer both part-time and full-time day and evening positions with a starting wage of $21/hour plus bi-weekly tip-out, plus free staff meals, employee discounts, health benefits for full-time staff, and ongoing training and advancement

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous cooking or food preparation experience (1 year preferred, but not required).
• Food Safe Level 1 certification is an asset.
• A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the kitchen
• Setting up, stocking, and maintaining the line for daily service
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items according to Bin 4 recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and workstations
• Assisting with food preparation and inventory as needed
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods
