Food Preparation
  1. Prepare and portion ingredients for menu items, ensuring freshness and quality.
  2. Follow recipes and guidelines to create consistent and delicious snacks and beverages.
  3. Maintain an organized and well‑stocked prep area.
Cooking and Assembly
  1. Cook and assemble menu items according to established recipes and customer orders.
  2. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
  3. Pay attention to presentation, garnishing, and plating/packing to create visually appealing dishes.
Kitchen Maintenance
  1. Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
  2. Assist in regular cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  3. Adhere to health and safety standards and guidelines.
Collaboration
  1. Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  2. Communicate effectively with the front‑of‑house team to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  3. Contribute ideas and suggestions for menu improvements and innovation.
Customer Service
  1. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while working in an open kitchen setting.
  2. Occasionally interact with guests to answer questions or accommodate special requests.
