We are seeking a dynamic, passionate Line Cook who is looking to join a fast-paced, talented kitchen team. This position offers the chance to work with a fantastic culinary team, focusing on producing high-quality, healthy dishes consistently for guests to enjoy on-site. The role is committed to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Executing menu items from start to finish, including preparation of ingredients, butchery of proteins, cooking, and plating in a timely manner.
  • Working with seasonal ingredients while maintaining knowledge of all products used.
  • Honing existing skills while learning new techniques and building your skill set.
  • Collaborating with BOH staff.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the station.
  • Properly setting up, breaking down, and cleaning the assigned station.
  • Following proper food safety, health, and sanitation protocols.

Requirements

  • Experience of 2-4 years in a fast-paced environment is an asset.
  • Culinary school education is preferred.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong eye for detail.
  • Genuine interest in food and a good work ethic.
  • Open to constructive criticism, adaptable, fast learner, and willing to grow within the team.
  • Flexible and available to work weekdays and/or weekends.
