Freson Bros. in Sundre, AB is hiring a Full-Time Line Cook to join our team. We offer a wage range of $15.00 - $19.00 per hour and opportunities for career growth, training, and employee benefits.

You will cook and prepare diverse menu items, maintain a clean workstation, and ensure food safety while delivering excellent service during peak retail hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as a prep or line cook is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We are hiring for a Full-Time Line Cook position with a wage range of $15.00 - $19.00 at our location in Sundre, AB.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes

Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food products

Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation

Properly prepare and store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures

Handling customer service inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience

Embrace and champion the use of real ingredients to produce real food

What you Bring:

Knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, smokehouse cooking, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations

Experience as a prep or line cook is preferred

Warm and welcoming personality

Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays)

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
