Summary

To prepare and cook food ensuring quality appearance and taste, and to prepare meals promptly. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times. Comply with safety standards, health standards, and the Alberta Gaming, Liquor, and Cannabis Commission (AGLC).

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Develop and maintain positive relations with customers and team members.
  • Wear and maintain uniforms properly.
  • Report concerns about food quality, selection, or beverages to the supervisor.
  • Follow security policies and procedures.
  • Receive training and guidance from supervisors.
  • Perform additional duties as needed, including cleaning, restocking, temperature checks, and training other staff.
