Job summary

Moxie's Grill & Bar in Canada is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. You will prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, follow a set menu and monitor portion sizes, and work under the direction of the Chef and Manager.

You will maintain the line, cook to order, clean workstations, operate equipment like a deep fryer, and work with kitchen staff in a fast-paced setting. Secondary schooling and 1–2 years experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school.
• 1 year to less than 2 years experience.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
