Qualifications

• Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle.
• Aktuelle Food Safe Zertifizierung oder gleichwertig erforderlich.

The Life of a Line Cook:

1. Work cooperatively under the direction of the Chef de Cuisine in all matters of the kitchen.
2. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a ‘can do’ attitude in the kitchen.
3. Execute dishes to the exact standards as set by the Chef de Cuisine.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
2. Current “Food Safe” certification (or equivalent).
3. Flexible scheduling - working days, evenings, and weekends required.
4. Reliable transportation to commute to and from our location.
5. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to change.
6. Trustworthiness and dependability.
7. Good listening skills, responsiveness to feedback, initiative, and a sense of urgency.
8. Authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and well-intentioned attitude.
