Time is spent enjoying these finer things in life, while in the vineyard care is taken to carefully hand-harvest the best fruit and artfully blend them into fine wines.

The Life of a Line Cook:

  • Work cooperatively under the direction of the Chef de Cuisine in all matters of the kitchen.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a ‘can do’ attitude in the kitchen.
  • Execute dishes to the exact standards as set by the Chef de Cuisine.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Have reliable transportation to be able to commute to and from our location.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change.
  • You put trust in others and never let anyone down.
  • You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency.
  • You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions.
