As a key member of our kitchen crew, you'll work alongside our Head Chef, Sous Chef, and talented culinary team to create mouth-watering dishes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. If you're eager to showcase your skills and elevate the dining experience, we'd love to have you on board!

Responsibilities of a Line Cook include:

  • Preparing and cooking menu items to specifications
  • Maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with JRG Safe Food Handling practices and local health protection standards
  • Prepare and cook menu items to specifications
  • Maintain high levels of food quality
  • Daily cleaning and maintenance to ensure a sanitary and safe work environment
  • Setting and restocking food service stations
  • Maintaining a respectful workplace in accordance with organizational Policies and Procedures

Working Conditions:
  • Candidates MUST be available to work evening shifts throughout the week; shifts will start no earlier than 3pm and end no later than 11pm
  • Hours and shifts may vary.
  • Work is performed in restaurant kitchen and office environments.

Requirements
MUST have 2-3 years of culinary experience in a restaurant environment
MUST be available to work evening shifts throughout the week
Food Safe Level 1
First Aid Level 1, preferred but not mandatory
Completion of High School is required
Must have good organizational and time management skills
