NOW HIRING : LINE COOK – CHUCK’S ROADHOUSE

Location : Burlington

Job Type : Part-Time or Full-Time

Start Date : July 2025

Are you passionate about grilling up great food and working in a high-energy environment? Chuck’s Roadhouse is looking for enthusiastic Line Cooks to join our kitchen crew! We serve up bold flavors, big portions, and great value — and we need skilled cooks who can keep up with our fast-paced, fun-loving atmosphere.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, portioning, and presentation — every plate should be picture-worthy
  • Follow recipes and station prep sheets with exact detail
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of your station at all times
  • Stick closely to food safety and sanitation standards — because the little things matter
  • Communicate clearly and work efficiently as part of the team, especially during rushes

What We’re Looking For :

  • Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred (but not required)
  • A strong eye for detail — you notice when a burger’s overcooked, a plate’s not clean, or a garnish is off
  • Commitment to consistency : our guests expect the same great food every time
  • Ability to multitask without sacrificing quality
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure
  • Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Food Handler Certification is a bonus
