Jobtailor in Ontario, Canada seeks an organized condominium operations assistant to support a licensed Condominium Manager in managing a portfolio of properties in Guelph.   • Police record check required.
  • Availability for after-hours emergencies and evening Board meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Support a fully licensed Condominium Manager in managing a portfolio of condominium properties.
  • Support day-to-day operations for assigned condominium communities.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well maintained and aligned with governing documents and requirements.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist with developing and managing annual budgets for condominium corporations.
  • Review invoices and support approvals in accordance with internal processes.
  • Review and interpret monthly financial statements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for residents and service providers, responding to inquiries and concerns.
  • Support clear, timely communication with residents, including via the community website.
  • Work closely with the Board of Directors to support policy implementation.
  • Coordinate with service providers to support community operations.
  • Support compliance with condominium requirements and best practices.
  • Work toward becoming fully licensed over two years with required training.

Requirements
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Must have, or be committed to obtaining, a Condominium General License
  • Completion of required courses at the candidate’s cost
  • Police record check
  • Availability for after-hours emergencies and evening Board meetings
