Job summary

The role emphasizes tech-savvy use of ERP/CRM, quote preparation within limits, and collaboration across departments to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No specific degree required; open to candidates fresh out of design school, with a background in customer service or inside sales, or with an electrical engineering or lighting design background who are a strong cultural fit.
• Experience in a client-facing or customer service environment is an asset.
