Qualifications

3–5 years in B2B customer service or inside sales.

Responsibilities

Manage full lighting projects based on technical plans (take-offs, verification, and product selection).
Answer customer calls and inquiries, enter orders, and provide expert technical advice.
Liaise between customers, electricians, suppliers, and manufacturers.
Prepare quotes, respond to pricing requests, and assist in margin analysis and tender processes.
Handle merchandise purchasing and track orders/backorders to meet timelines.
Propose innovative products to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on lighting, home automation, and renewable energy trends.
