ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a meticulous cleaner to perform routine janitorial duties at client sites in a professional manner. You will conduct dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, waste handling, and surface sanitization while adhering to safety policies and client expectations.

Ideal candidates will communicate effectively in English, be physically capable, dependable, and comfortable working weekends.

Qualifications

• Communicate in English both written and verbally.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
• Be able to work consistent weekend shifts.
• Have a vehicle to commute to work locations.
• Have a criminal record check.
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• General dusting, vacuuming, mopping.
• Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers.
• Emptying garbage and recycling.
• Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces.
• Spot cleaning of walls and glass.
• Sanitizing touchpoints.
• Additional tasks as requested.
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible.
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client.
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies.
