ServiceMaster Clean in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a detail-oriented cleaning associate. You will perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washroom cleaning, garbage disposal and sanitizing touchpoints to meet client expectations.

The role requires English communication, reliability, physical fitness for lifting and bending, weekend shifts, and a commuting vehicle. Previous commercial cleaning experience is beneficial; a criminal record check may be required. Competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Communicate in English both written and verbally.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
• Be able to work consistent weekend shifts.
• A vehicle to commute to work locations.
• Have a criminal record check.
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces.
• Spot Cleaning of walls and glass.
• Sanitizing touchpoints.

• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client.
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies.

WORKING CONDITIONS

There is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, at this time with the COVID 19 Pandemic extra cleaning precautions are taken and required.

Compensation: $17.95 - $18.50 per hour
