Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Canada is seeking dedicated cleaners in Windsor, Ontario. The role involves standard janitorial duties across multiple site locations, requiring a valid driver's license or transportation and the ability to work on weekends.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail in cleaning tasks and safety.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending and repetitive motions.
• Flexible and adaptable to different sites and schedules.
• Able to work weekends and travel to various locations.
• Own vehicle or reliable transportation for commuting.
• Criminal record check is required.
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• General dusting, vacuuming, mopping.
• Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers.
• Emptying garbage and recycling.
• Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces.
• Spot cleaning of walls and glass.
• Sanitizing touchpoints.
• Additional tasks as requested.
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible.
• Provide high level of service exceeding client expectations.
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and workplace policies.

Duties & Responsibilities

WORKING CONDITIONS

There is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, at this time with the COVID 19 Pandemic extra cleaning precautions are taken and required.

Compensation: $17.95 - $18.50 per hour
