ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking a light duty cleaner for Saturdays and Sundays in Hamilton (near the airport). The role requires physical work including lifting, bending, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and customer service.

Training and uniform provided, with emphasis on safety policies and teamwork. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-focused, and able to work independently or in a small team.

Qualifications

• Communicate in English both written and verbally.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
• Have a criminal record check.
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• General dusting, vacuuming, mopping.
• Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers.
• Emptying garbage and recycling.
• Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces.
• Spot cleaning of walls and glass.
• Sanitizing touchpoints.
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible.
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client.
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies.

Light Duty Cleaner Position available in Hamilton (near airport)

Work Days: Saturday and Sunday

This office cleaning position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 25 lb), standing, bending, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
