Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a reliable cleaner to service client locations in Windsor, Ontario. The role involves general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washroom care, waste removal, and sanitizing touchpoints.

Must have a vehicle to commute between sites and a clean criminal record. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and can work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, mopping.
• Clean washrooms and refill dispensers.
• Empty garbage and recycling, wash and sanitize surfaces.
• Wet clean horizontal surfaces and spot-clean walls/glass.
• Sanitize high-touch points and maintain client rapport.
• Follow all safety and workplace policies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
• Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers
• Emptying garbage and recycling
• Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
• Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
• Sanitizing touchpoints
• Additional tasks as requested
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Communicate in English both written and verbally
• Strong attention to detail
• Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be able to work consistent weekend shifts
• A vehicle to commute to work locations

• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial
