Job summary

IICRC is seeking a Commercial Cleaner to perform general housekeeping for a commercial building. The role involves dusting, cleaning mirrors, bathrooms, trash, restocking supplies, and floor care. Emphasis on customer service and adherence to safety policies.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A Vulnerable Sector Police Check is required, with preference for prior commercial cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables (exposed areas of desk only) and other areas as assigned.
• Clean all mirrors and glass within the unit, including interior glass in partitions and doors.
• Clean, sanitize and polish all bathroom fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins.
• Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins.
• Refill all dispensers to normal limits including napkins, soap, tissue, towel, liners, and cups.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and sweep/mop all hard floors.
• Perform additional cleaning instructions received from client (when required).
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible.
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client.
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies.
