ServiceMaster Clean seeks a reliable Light Duty Cleaner in Hamilton, near the airport, to join our team on Saturdays and Sundays. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb, cleaning floors, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing touchpoints while adhering to safety policies.

Prior commercial cleaning experience is beneficial, and applicants should be able to work independently or with others.

Qualifications

• Communicate in English both written and verbally.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
• Have a criminal record check.
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• General dusting, vacuuming, mopping.
• Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers.
• Emptying garbage and recycling.
• Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces.
• Spot Cleaning of walls and glass.
• Sanitizing touchpoints.
• Additional tasks as requested.
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible.
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client.
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies.

Light Duty Cleaner Position available in Hamilton (near airport)

Work Days: Saturday and Sunday

This office cleaning position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 25 lb), standing, bending, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
