EQ Bank is seeking a Co-op Student for the Lifecycle Management & Partnerships team to support customer lifecycle initiatives, data analysis, and cross-functional project coordination. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to organize and present information.

Responsibilities

• Support customer lifecycle management initiatives focused on improving engagement, card usage, retention, and the overall cardholder experience.
• Analyze customer, campaign, and business performance data to identify trends, measure results, and support data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital, Marketing, Product, and Data to support planning, execution, and tracking of key initiatives.
• Conduct research on customer behaviours, market trends, and the competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and materials for internal stakeholders and partner meetings.
• Support management of strategic partner relationships through monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews.
