Job summary

EQ Bank, Canada's Challenger Bank, invites a co-op student to join the Lifecycle Management & Partnerships team for a January–April term in 2027. The role focuses on customer lifecycle initiatives, engagement programs, and strategic partner relationships across Digital, Marketing, Product, and Data.

You will gain exposure to lifecycle strategy, data analysis, performance reporting, and cross-functional project coordination while contributing to customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in using data to support business decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present information effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support customer lifecycle management initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and cardholder experience.
• Analyze customer, campaign, and business data to identify trends and support data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Product, and Data to plan, execute, and track key initiatives.
• Prepare reports and executive materials for internal stakeholders and partner meetings.
• Coordinate quarterly and monthly reviews with partners and internal teams.
