EQ Bank | Canada's Challenger Bank is seeking a Co-op Student for F2F Sales Enablement within the Operations & Enablement team. This role provides analytical, operational, compliance, and project support across the channel, with emphasis on business reporting, data analysis, and go-to-market initiatives.

The position is hybrid, based in Toronto, with office time at EQ Bank’s space. Enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program and proficient in Excel and Power BI are desired.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem solving; detail oriented.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Office.
• Ability to organize, validate, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, administrative, reporting and project coordination support.
• Review compliance and operational processes to identify gaps and improve governance.
• Analyze data trends to identify risks, root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop asset management and inventory reporting; enhance oversight and controls.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Tech and Vendor management.
