Position Title: Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
Location: 8 Spadina Ave, Floors 16–19
Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Lifecycle and Product Marketing teams to build and launch automated, multi-channel campaigns that engage and retain Small Business customers.
- Use customer insights and data to develop hyper-personalized campaigns across email, in-product display, and push notification channels.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics to design measurable experiments, forecast outcomes, monitor performance, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Develop messaging frameworks and creative briefs that align with customer insights and clearly articulate value propositions.
- Evaluate creative content and provide actionable feedback to design teams to ensure high-quality campaign assets.
- Coordinate end-to-end (E2E) campaign execution by working closely with Product Marketers, Product Managers, Marketing Automation, Analytics, Creative, and Deployment Agencies.
- Optimize segmentation, targeting, and messaging to drive campaign effectiveness across various audience groups.
- Deliver performance insights and strategic recommendations to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Influence and collaborate across multiple teams to drive results without direct management responsibility.
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and ensure campaigns are innovative and impactful.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign development and execution (B2B and SaaS experience preferred).
- Proven expertise in Lifecycle/Customer Marketing, with a track record of successful engagement and monetization strategies.
- Strong experience with A/B testing, performance optimization, and translating analytics into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with agency collaboration is an asset.
