Britannia Secondary School is seeking a Learning Assistance / Life Skills Teacher to join the Vancouver School Board for a continuing full-time 1.0 FTE position with benefits. The role focuses on students aged 13 to 19 with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities and/or autism, providing individualized instruction and transition planning in a supportive classroom setting.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor of Education, BC Teaching Certificate, and registration with the Teacher

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education required.

• Masters in Special Education or Diploma in Special Education or equivalent experience preferred.
