Student Support Leader

Join the Vancouver Campus (Langley) as a Student Support Leader. In this role you will lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of behaviour support across the campus, while also contributing to academic intervention programming.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB OR BST certification
• Eligibility to work in Canada; compliance with all applicable provincial requirements for behaviour analysts in British Columbia
• Demonstrated experience conducting functional behaviour assessments and developing behaviour intervention plans in an educational or clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence‑based intervention methodologies
• Experience training and coaching paraprofessionals or support staff
• Proficiency in data collection, graphing, and analysis
• Valid criminal record check (Vulnerable Sector) – or willingness to obtain prior to commencement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a K–12 school environment
• Background in academic intervention (literacy and/or numeracy)
• Familiarity with Social Emotional Learning frameworks and executive functioning programmes
• Experience supporting neurodiverse learners, including students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
