Qualifications

• Extensive recruitment experience in life sciences or technical environments.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.
• Experience hiring in manufacturing/operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs and process.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Source and attract candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and talent pools.
• Conduct initial screening conversations with candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and provide timely feedback throughout the process.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
