Job summary

Indero in Canada seeks a Financial Project Analyst to track project profitability, manage budgets, and align with Canadian GAAP and client terms. You’ll partner with project teams, clients and internal departments to ensure strong financial performance and high-quality clinical research project management services.

The role requires strong analytical skills, English fluency, and experience with Excel, Power BI and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Project and budget set-up.
• Review client agreements and map to internal cost structure.
• Create and configure projects in financial systems.
• Prepare and upload project budgets and amendments.
• Revenue/expenses recognition and project reconciliation.
• Ensure revenue/expenses are recognized per Canadian GAAP.
• Prepare detailed project financial reports (P&L, projections, invoicing status).
• Monitor accuracy of project balance sheet accounts.
• Invoice management and client invoicing queries.
• Collaborate with project teams and management to control costs.
