Our ideal candidate is someone currently working at a major bank or insurance company as a licensed Life Insurance Broker.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Converting online leads into closed insurance policies
• Engaging with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice for the best coverage
• Building rapport with new clients and strengthening existing relationships to establish a trust-based client network
• Providing excellent customer service
• Staying current with industry knowledge, competition, and market trends
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualities and Skills

• Strong sales background with a drive to attract new clients and close sales
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry with a proven success record
• Ontario LLQP license in good standing
• Proficient in using sales tools and software
• Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets
• Ability to develop and build client relationships
