Ratehub Inc. is looking for a full-time Life Insurance Broker to add to our expanding team. This position requires an individual licensed in Ontario with excellent communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team.

Our ideal candidate profile is someone working at a major bank or an insurance company as a licensed Life Insurance Broker. This is an amazing opportunity for somebody with a passion for sales, who is driven to become a successful Life Insurance Broker connecting with motivated buyers.

About The Position
  • High quality leads are provided daily!
  • This is a fully remote role
  • Administrative support is provided
  • Competitive compensation structure - 100% commission
  • On-target earnings of up to $150,000
  • Regular business hours
Responsibilities And Duties
  • Converting online leads into closed insurance policies
  • Engaging with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice to ensure the best coverage for them
  • Building rapport with new clients and strengthening existing relationships to establish a thriving trust-based client network
  • Providing excellent customer experience to our clients
  • Exhibiting a continued focus on service excellence
  • Staying current with the latest industry knowledge, competition, and market trends
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualities And Skills
  • Strong sales background with a drive to attract new clients and close sales
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry demonstrating a proven track record of success
  • Ontario LLQP license in good standing
  • Proficient in using sales tools and software
  • Ability to multitask and pay strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively and achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Ability to develop and build client relationships
