Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent work experience (3–5 years).
• Experience in customer service with internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of life insurance processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience servicing US life insurance applications.
• LOMA or NAILBA certification (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service-related calls regarding all aspects of Foresters Financial new business activities.
• Determine the needs of the caller and provide timely resolution for one-call resolution.
• Take ownership of the case management process from application setup to completion.
• Review and ensure completeness and accuracy of new business applications and initial premium payment arrangements.
• Gather, process, and enter information needed for underwriting decisions and certificate delivery requirements.
• Proactively manage producer expectations through effective communication and coordinate the workflow.
• Archive electronic documents and support process improvements.
