Job summary

Foresters Financial in Canada is seeking a Bilingual New Business Case Manager to oversee the complete end-to-end processing of new business applications, supporting producers with high-touch service. The role requires strong relationship management, the ability to resolve escalations, and proficiency in English and Spanish across calls, email, and portal communications.

Qualifications

• College diploma or related work experience required.
• 3–5 years in customer service.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience servicing US life insurance applications.
• LOMA or NAILBA certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in Spanish and English about new business activities.
• Determine caller needs and provide timely, one-call resolution.
• Own case management from application setup to premium payment arrangements.
• Gather and process information for underwriting and certificate issuance.
• Track delivery requirements and coordinate changes (cancellations, replacements).
• Archive electronic documents and support process improvements.
• Manage escalations and producer expectations through effective communication.
