Key Qualifications

• Provincial Life and Accident & Sickness licenses; licensed in Quebec is mandatory
• Prior experience working in a call center is preferred
• Proven sales background
• Able and willing to follow scripts and regulations
• Fully bilingual in English and French in both verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Post-secondary school graduate or equivalent

Starting Salary: $40,000.00 The actual base salary for this position will depend on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in a discretionary variable incentive plan, results are subject to both individual and company performance.
