Job summary

BFL CANADA is seeking a Producer / Client Executive in Brossard, QC, hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on servicing key accounts and generating new opportunities with broker partners and insurers, while maintaining exceptional client relationships and ensuring timely renewal activities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in insurance, AMF licensing, and strong bilingual communication. The position offers a dynamic environment with growth opportunities and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the insurance industry
• Minimum 5 years in an account manager/executive role
• AMF licensed
• Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with broker partners, clients, and operations
• Generate new and expanded business opportunities through broker channels and insurers
• Ensure new business and renewal tasks are completed with the team
• Resolve customer or accounting issues including coverage, billing, and claims
• Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures
• Maintain documentation for accounts and correspondence
