Responsibilities

• Review and set-up new claims for Life Claim Analysts.
• Update claims details in the Death Claims Index, JIRA, and OnBase.
• Manage mail routing and scanning/indexing for digital files.
• Coordinate with other departments while ensuring privacy of client information.
• Monitor shared email boxes and support daily workflow.
• Prepare documents for scanning into ONBase and indexing.
