The College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) seeks a Compliance Supervisor to ensure applicants and licensees comply with governing legislation, bylaws, policies and standards. The role leads a compliance monitor team and supports licensure and accreditation assessments in a hybrid work environment.

Salary ranges from CAD 72,827 to CAD 91,034 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the compliance monitor team to process complex applications.
• Support provisional licensure and renewal processes for licensees.
• Conduct licensee file reviews and audits to ensure currency in practice.
• Respond to general queries from licensees regarding scope of practice.
