Job summary

The role handles applications, verifications, liaises with internal staff, maintains documentation, and communicates with applicants.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education with training in administrative practices or equivalent.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong initiative, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong editing and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process applications from licensed professionals and support onboarding ahead of regulation.
• Verify submissions and documents, act as primary contact for applicants.
• Liaise with internal staff, prepare lists for verification, and maintain documentation.
• Implement process improvements and refer files as needed.
• Communicate with applicants and third parties via email and phone.
• Ensure licence confirmation emails are sent and filed.
