Job summary

Qualifications

• Regulatory experience of 2–4 years.
• 2–4 years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Knowledge of CPSBC policies and procedures is an asset.
• Understanding of physician licensure processes and regulatory reviews is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the compliance monitor team in processing complex applications.
• Review annual licence renewal responses and conduct licensee file audits.
• Respond to licensee queries regarding scope of practice and changes in practice.
• Support licensure assessments and CPSBC policy development.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports for the Licence Committee.
