Job summary

Bison Transport is seeking a Licensed Tractor Technician to join their Winnipeg fleet. Job description

Licensed Tractor Technician will work in conjunction with the Service Coordinator, Trailer Mechanics, and other Tractor Mechanics to complete preventative maintenance and repairs on the Bison fleet in a timely and efficient manner by diagnosing problems found during inspections and prescribing the correct remedial action.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Performing diagnostics and repairs as a Licensed Tractor Technician
  • Demonstrating diagnosing and time-management abilities
  • Having previous experience and qualification to perform Safeties (mandatory)
  • Using computers to enter work orders

Please note: this position is permanent full-time and may operate on 4x10s, 5x8s, or a Continental Night Shift schedule.
