Job summary

Alberta Health Services in Hinton is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Operating Room team on a casual/relief basis at the Hinton Healthcare Centre.

You will provide safe, patient- and family-centred care, use nursing processes with critical thinking, and collaborate with an interprofessional team guided by standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse education program.
• Active, or eligible for, registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides of Alberta (CLHA).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
