Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the CLHA.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
• 2 or more years experience working in Home & Community Care or Continuing Care.
• Experience in Acute Care/ED is an asset; Connect Care for Home Care, HPT, Vac dressings, lower leg assessments, palliative care training are strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications:

Additional Required Qualifications:

2 or more years experience working in Home & Community Care or Continuing Care.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Acute Care/ED is considered an asset. Training with Connect Care for Home Care, HPT, Vac dressings, lower leg assessments, palliative care training and experience are strongly preferred.
